Welcome to Level Furniture. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing our site or purchasing from Level Furniture, you agree to abide by these terms in full.
1. General Information
Level Furniture is a registered company operating in Egypt, specializing in the sale and distribution of office furniture. The following terms apply to all users of our services, whether browsing our website, placing an order, or visiting our showroom.
2. Product Information
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate and up to date. However, colors and finishes may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, or material batches. Level Furniture reserves the right to modify product details without prior notice.
3. Orders and Payments
All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Orders can be placed online, in-store, or through a sales representative.
A 50% deposit may be required to initiate production or reserve stock for custom items.
Full payment must be received before delivery or dispatch.
4. Delivery Policy
Delivery is available across Egypt and is scheduled based on product availability and order size.
Customers must ensure accessibility to the delivery location.
Additional charges may apply for deliveries outside Greater Cairo or for special installation requirements.
5. Warranty & Returns
Our products come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.
Custom-made or special-order items are non-refundable unless defective.
6. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order confirmation.
For custom orders, cancellations after production begins will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website including logos, images, text, and designs is the property of Level Furniture and may not be used or reproduced without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Level Furniture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be settled in the appropriate Egyptian courts.
